All rates listed with properties are minimum nightly rates and do not include an 8% Idaho Sales Tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. A two night minimum is required for all properties with some having a three night minimum. Some properties may require additonal cleaning fees.

Rates change depending on season. Our rates are researched regularly and will be competetive with other lodging vendors.

Discounted rates are available for wedding parties, group bookings or longer-term stays and will be handled on a case by case basis. Please inquire.

A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be due upon arrival. Cancellations will be honored if done 30 days prior to arrival and we are able to re-book the unit at a comparable rate. A $25 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancellations.

We like pets. Unfortunately, some of the owners of the units we offer are allergic or wish not to have the additional wear and tear on their units. Pet friendly units will require an additional refundable deposit upon inspection and check out. Violation of our pet policy will result in the forefeit of the entire cost of your stay and an additional cleaning charge will be added to your bill.
